Worst Cities for Spring Allergies
Louisville, Kentucky was the 5th worst city in America for those who are sensitive to spring allergies. Pollen sensitivity leads to an almost immediate allergic reaction, and one of the best ways to minimize disruptive symptoms is too cut down on the time spent outside on days when the pollen count is especially high. Changing clothes after being outside can also help to reduce prolonged exposure.
