Worst Cities for Spring Allergies
Chattanooga, Tennessee was ranked the 3rd worst city for those who are sensitive to spring allergies. According to one study, lifestyle factors may have a strong connection to the severity of allergy symptoms. This study found that those who exercised the most experienced the mildest symptoms. Exercise also helps reduce stress and may improve sleep quality in those with seasonal allergies.
