How to Survive Spring Allergies
The most effective treatment for hay fever is to avoid contact with the allergens, but that isn’t always possible. Decongestants are used to relieve nasal congestion while sick with a cold or flu, and they may also help with symptoms of seasonal allergies. Unfortunately, decongestants can come with multiple side effects, and prolonged use can actually increase nasal inflammation.
