Spring has arrived, and with it comes pollen. If you are among the 20 percent of Americans with seasonal allergies, the changing of the seasons may not be something you look forward to. There is no proven way to prevent seasonal allergies — also known as allergic rhinitis and more commonly as hay fever — but there are some steps that can help make springtime a little less uncomfortable.
