How Do You Know if You Have Arthritis?
If you do have arthritis, among other treatment options, try simply listening to music. According to research from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio, music listening may decrease the pain, depression and disability that so often occur in people with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Listen to the music that makes you happy.
