Sugar Makes Kids Hyper

Many experts disagree about whether sugar causes hyperactivity in children. According to an article in Yale Scientific, sugar doesn’t cause hyperactivity in children; rather, because sugar is served at birthday parties and in settings where the child may already be excited, it may seem that sugar is increasing activity when in actuality, there are other factors at play.
