Adding physical activity to your daily routine may not only increase blood flow and oxygen to your body, but also to your brain! Improved blood flow to your brain may mean improved memory and thinking. The US Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity like brisk walking per week, or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity like jogging. Even a few 10-minute walks spread throughout the day may help.
