Common Dieting Mistakes

Skipping Breakfast

If you think you’re doing yourself a favor by passing on breakfast, you may want to think again. You’ve heard it once and you’ll hear it again: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When mornings get busy, your energy level can dip into dangerous territory if you don’t have the correct fuel — or any at all. By eating a healthy and filling breakfast, you’ll be less likely to reach for a quick and often calorie-loaded snack later on. Eating breakfast also means you’ll be less likely to overeat at lunch and dinner.
