Jamie Kuhlman, PhD

Understanding your relationships, emotions, and your view of yourself is important in finding contentment and satisfaction. Many of the struggles people experience, such as relationship problems, depression, stress, etc, come when they are having difficulties in their relationships with others, emotions, and/or themselves. Dr. Kuhlman values her relationships with her clients and works to create an environment for clients to share their lives and make the progress they want. “Finding a therapist can be challenging, and I consider it an honor to sit with people as they share themselves and their lives.” – Dr. Kuhlman



Dr. Kuhlman enjoys working with individuals, groups, and couples. She strives to help clients through a variety of challenges to better understand and connect with themselves, their emotions, and relationships in order to promote growth and change. She also conducts psychological and career assessments.



Dr. Kuhlman is a Licensed Psychologist (Lic # 36519) and obtained her PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, an APA-accredited program, and completed her pre-doctoral internship program at Texas A&M University’s Student Counseling Service, also an APA-accredited program. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
