Daniel Tobias, MD

Daniel Tobias, MD, is chair of GYN oncology at Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, and medical director of the Women’s Cancer Centers/Carol G. Simon Cancer Center of Atlantic Health System.

Dr. Tobias provides specialized care for malignancies of the female reproductive system. As a board-certified gynecologic oncologist, he offers non-invasive treatment options and the latest clinical trials for women diagnosed with gynecologic cancer, including intraperitoneal chemotherapy, anti-angiogenic therapy, molecular targeted treatment and cancer vaccines.

The Women’s Cancer Centers of Atlantic Health System leads the largest GYN robotics program in New Jersey and is the site of the Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial, a national study evaluating periodic blood tests that may be helpful in the early detection of ovarian cancer.
