Nasarel is a prescription medication used to treat symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergies including sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, and nasal itching. Nasarel belongs to a group of drugs called corticosteroids, which help decrease inflammation in the nose.

This medication comes as a nasal spray. The recommended adult dose is 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily.

Common side effects include nasal discomfort, after taste, nose bleeds, and headaches.
