Undeclared fish in Daily Multiple for women 50+ tablets

US Nutrition, of Ronkonkoma, New York is recalling Daily Multiple for Women 50 + Tablets, because certain lots contain undeclared fish (fish gelatin). People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to fish run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

This recall was initiated after it was discovered that this product contains fish (fish gelatin) but was distributed in packaging that did not list the presence of fish.

The tablet product was sold under the names Daily Multiple for Women 50 +, One Daily for Women 50 Plus, One Daily Women’s 50 +, and Women’s 50+ Daily Formula, under the brands shown in the table below.

The products listed below were distributed throughout the United States via retail stores and through the Kaiser Permanente Health Organization.
