Dramamine Less Drowsy belongs to a group of drugs called antiemetics and Histamine H1 Antagonists, which blocks the trigger zone in the brain that is responsible for nausea and vomiting. It also calms the nerves in the middle ear that are responsible for balance and stability, which helps treat symptoms of dizziness. 

This medication comes in a tablet form and is often taken once daily, with or without food.
