Worst Cities for Spring Allergies
McAllen, Texas came in 4th place in the AAFA’s 2013 allergy capital index. There are many over-the-counter medications that help combat the symptoms of spring allergies, such as nasal drops and sprays. Unfortunately, prolonged use of these medications for more than a few days may actually cause more severe symptoms after the medication wears off.
