What is the cost?

How does it work?

Upon signing up, you’ll be able to select the content types and syndication options for sharing news with your patients. RxWiki will handle everything from there! We’ll send you a welcome guide that walks you through all of our solutions and provides you with tips on how to maximize your success with our Digital Pharmacist suite.

What kind of content do you syndicate on my website or post on my social channels?

RxWiki only syndicates the content you choose. We offer several different customization options to help you select the health conditions and medications that are relevant to your pharmacy and your patients.  Our original, consumer-centric medication news and health videos include research from the FDA, medical journals, pharmaceutical, OTC, and natural supplement manufacturers covering more than 500 health conditions and medications.

How will social media help my business?

Your patients are online, and you should be too! Social media provides an easy opportunity to extend the pharmacy experience and connect with patients and customers where they are already spending a lot of time. Having an engaging social media presence is an effective way to support your offline marketing efforts to increase brand visibility, expand your customer base, generate new referrals, and build customer loyalty. RxWiki delivers another avenue for you to develop the rapport and trust that is critical to a healthy pharmacist-patient relationship. Social media engagement and cutting edge health news help you make an impact within your community even when you or your patients are away from the pharmacy.

What if I don’t have any social media accounts?

No problem! RxWiki will create and optimize profiles for you on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ at no additional cost.

How much time does social media take?

RxWiki handles the heavy lifting for you. We’ll create custom profiles, incorporate your pharmacy’s logo to increase brand awareness, and post regularly to your Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages.

We do encourage you to supplement our content with personalized posts to connect with your audience. The more you time you invest in your social media strategy, the better the results and engagement you will see. This can be as simple as spending a few extra minutes a week to keep in touch with your audience. RxWiki will provide you with best practice suggestions.

I already have social media channels set up. What can RxWiki do for me?

RxWiki’s social media offering is a great way to supplement your current social media strategy. We’ll post current, relevant content on a regular basis to keep your audience engaged and coming back to visit your pages. Our social team will review all of your profiles to ensure that they are optimized for maximum visibility. As part of your membership we will also provide you with tips to make the most of your RxWiki content to maximize engagement.

Do I have control/ownership of my social pages?

Yes, you have complete control of each social media property created by RxWiki for you or your pharmacy. RxWiki works with you to optimize your profiles and content strategy to boost engagement and increase visibility.

Can I post my own content?

Yes.  In addition to the content RxWiki provides, personalized posts are a great way to keep your customers in the know about events taking place at your pharmacy, strengthen connections, and build loyalty.

A lot of my patients are seniors. Are they even on Social Media?

Yes, seniors are using social media in growing numbers. According to the Pew Research Center's Internet & American Life Project, more than half of adults 65 or older are going online, with one-third of them using social networking sites like Facebook.
