What is the best thing to take if I am feeling really gassy?

My wife makes lots of vegetables so I am often gassy... What can I take to help me with that?

Certain over-the-counter medications containing simethicone, an anti-foaming agent, are safe and effective for treatment of excessive gas or flatulence. This ingredient is commonly found in a number of brand name products including Gas-X and Mylicon. This over-the-counter product is often effective at decreasing the volume and frequency of gas.
