Time for Change - 8 Fall Tips

Flu Prevention

Autumn marks the beginning of flu season. Experts say the best way to protect against the flu is to get a flu vaccine every fall. Flu symptoms include high fever, headache, fatigue, muscle aches, sore throat, dry cough, runny nose, and stomach problems like vomiting and diarrhea. You should always cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze and stay home if you feel sick.
