Caffeine

Some people with RLS find that caffeine can trigger unpleasant symptoms, which improve when they limit caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant commonly found in coffee, tea, soft drinks and chocolate. Be aware of your caffeine consumption and consider cutting down if your RLS symptoms are getting worse.
