Common symptoms of psoriatic arthritis can include:

  • Stiffness, swelling, and pain in the joints
  • Joints that red in color and warm to the touch.
  • Fatigue and exhaustion.
  • Dactylitis, which is the inflammation of a digit (finger or toe). Also referred to as "sausage-like swelling."
  • Pain in the feet and ankles, especially in the heel of the foot (Achilles tendon) or in the sole of the foot (Plantar fasciitis).
  • Changes to the nails and seperation from the nail bed.
  • Pain in the lower back, above the tailbone.
