The UVANTA Pharmacy – La Crosse opened our doors in November, 2008. We are owned by Pharmacist in Charge Kenji Hamamoto, Jeff Van Straten and John Teresinski. At UVANTA Pharmacy - La Crosse, we pride ourselves on top notch customer service. Steve Jansen, our General Manager, is an Army veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience. Steve is committed to providing superior service to our customers and fostering a strong partnership with the homes we serve.

Kenji Hamamoto is a skilled pharmacist with over 29 years in pharmacy practice. He is highly respected in our community and takes great pride in his care and compassion for our customers and their patients. As a pharmacist and owner, Kenji is fully accountable to your needs and the needs of your residents. Any concerns are handled immediately and effectively, giving you peace of mind that you have made the right choice entrusting us with your LTC needs.

The staff at UVANTA Pharmacy – LaCrosse has experience in hospital, retail and long term care pharmacy service, making us uniquely suited to recognize and fill your facility and resident needs. Our pharmacy technicians are certified, ensuring proficiency of service.

At UVANTA Pharmacy – La Crosse we offer more than your typical LTC pharmacy. We will print your medical records and do your local med exchange saving your staff time and helping you reduce waste and manage costs. We offer IV admixture, solution, supplies, and customized compounding services. UVANTA Pharmacy – La Crosse is also an active member of the Coulee Region Pharmaceutical Association.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9 AM thru 6:30 PM; Saturday 8 AM - 1 PM, with in house on-call service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
