Swapna Chakrabarti, RPh

Swapna Chakrabarti RPh has enjoyed working as a clinical pharmacist for more than 8 years, interacting with patients and physicians in various clinical settings. After graduating at the top of her class from the University Department of Pharmacy, in Nagpur,India, she successfully attained licensure in California where she practiced pharmacy in retail and hospital settings. In addition to being a multi-state licensed pharmacist, Swapna is also a certified MTM pharmacist. She also writes on various issues involving drug safety and medication errors in role as a medical writer. Swapna Chakrabarti currently works in the Greater Boston area.
