Russell J. Ricci, M.D.


Dr. Ricci is a former general manager of IBM's Healthcare Industry, has held a broad range of senior level positions spanning the healthcare industry including technology organizations, payor organizations, service providers, non-profit organizations and trade associations, and governmental and research institutions.

Dr. Ricci currently chairs the advisory board for Meditech, a private healthcare information systems company, and has also held executive and clinical positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA), eHealth Initiative, and Connecting for Health, a non-profit working to realize the full potential of information technology in healthcare while protecting patient privacy and the security of personal medication information.

Dr. Ricci received his medical training in child psychiatry at Harvard University and is a former associate chairman and assistant clinical professor at Boston University School of Medicine.
