Mark Millard, MD

Mark Millard, MD, a pulmonologist, developed the "Rules of Two" to help determine if a patient needs more powerful asthma medicine. Dr. Millard is a 1976 graduate from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Millard serves as Medical Director of the Baylor Martha Foster Lung Care Center at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas.
