Jason Slavoski, Pharm.D. is a pharmacist with over 5 years of experience in the retail pharmacy setting. He has been a pharmacy manager for over 3 years and has experience in the hospital setting and pharmaceutical industry consulting in pharmacogenomics and clinical trials.

Jason graduated from the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy in 2010. He holds certifications in Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Immunization, Basic Life Support, and Principles of Clinical Toxicology. Jason is also an active member of the Delaware Pharmacists Society.
