James D. Baskin, Esq.

Jamie is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in business, corporate, financial, and securities litigation. Baskin, who is admitted to practice law in California and Texas, has litigated some of the largest and most complex cases in recent years, including In Re Enron Corp. Securities Litigation, In Re Dynegy Corp. Securities Litigation, In Re Global Crossing ERISA Litigation, and In Re Qwest Corp. ERISA Litigation. Baskin received his B.A. from Austin College in 1975 and he now serves on the Board of Trustees of that institution. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1978.
