Anistax is an over-the-counter (OTC) medication used for treatment of heavy, achy and tired legs. The active ingredient in Anistax is an antioxidant that is thought to strengthen and protect veins, which improves blood flow and reduces swelling.

This medication comes in tablet form. Take one or two tablets daily for up to 3 months. Anistax is also available in gel and spray forms to be applied directly to the legs for a cooling, moisturizing effect.
