Epilepsy Health Center

The Centers for Disease Control recently announced that an estimated one percent of United States adults have active epilepsy, or close to 2.3 million people. Epilepsy is a chronic condition where abnormal electrical signals in the brain cause seizures that can cause abnormal behavior, attention, or emotions, and can cause convulsions, loss of consciousness, and loss of continence.
