Debrox is an over the counter medication used to remove ear wax build up in adults and children 12 years and older. Debrox works by softening and loosening ear wax.

This medication comes in ear drops and is inserted into the affected ear twice a day for up to four days if needed or as directed by your doctor.

Common side effects of Debrox includes dizziness and worsening ear pain.
